Submitting the Growth Audit form or booking a call doesn’t create a contract between us. The free Growth Audit is available to businesses that spend at least €10,000 a month on ads; below that, we offer a paid audit for €1,900. We may decline any request, for example when we have a conflict of interest with an existing client. A paid audit or any other project starts only when we have both signed a proposal or agreement.

The text, design, illustrations, videos, code and trademarks on the site belong to Lockwater or to those who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and creatives belong to their owners and appear with permission. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a credit and a link. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
