Senior Paid Social Buyer

What you’ll do

• Run Meta and TikTok accounts for four to six clients spending €30k–200k a month, from structure and bidding to daily pacing.

• Plan the weekly creative tests with our Creative team: which hooks, which angles, which audiences, and what counts as a win.

• Write the Monday client note: what we spent, what we tested, what we learned and what changes this week.

• Set up holdouts with our Analytics Lead, so lift is measured instead of assumed.

• Coach two mid-level buyers and review their accounts with them every week.

What you bring

• Five or more years buying on Meta, with real hands-on time on TikTok.

• Experience running at least €100k a month in a single account, and the ability to explain what moved blended results, not only platform ROAS.

• Comfort with Ads Manager breakdowns, spreadsheets and a MER dashboard.

• Clear written English. Dutch, French or Portuguese helps but is not required.

• Opinions about creative, and the habit of testing them before defending them.

How we work

We’re 20 people, remote-first across CET, with teammates in Amsterdam, Lisbon, Paris, Rotterdam and Utrecht. Core hours are 10:00–16:00 CET, and the rest of your day is yours to arrange. We write more than we meet: plans, test results and client notes live in shared docs, and most weeks have fewer than eight hours of calls. You report to Tomás Lindqvist, Head of Paid Social.
